We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If we've made a mistake then please get in contact with us and we will sort it out straight away: you can either get a full refund, or an exchange (including the posting fees). In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from purchase for a full refund or exchange (in this case postage fees are not refunded). Please contact us to let us know you want to return an item, and include full details with the garment to prevent any delay. We cannot be held responsible for size mistake orders, so if you want to change for a different size or colour you will be requested to pay the extra P&P charges, please check carefully the sizes to avoid extra P&P charges and return hassles.

Yes! We use the highest quality, professional quality inks that are highly durable. They are also water based,so are environmentally friendly and solvent free. It is advised that you wash the product at 30 degrees to maintain optimum print quality.
